百色地区乡村壮族学生体质发育及发展趋势

The phsical development and the developmental trends of students of Zhuang nationality in rural Bose prefecture

目的 研究广西百色地区乡村壮族学生体质发育及其动态发展趋势。方法 对百色地区 7～ 18岁 2 3 90名乡村壮族学生的身高、坐高、体重、胸围、肩宽和骨盆宽的数据进行分析 ,不同年代间乡村壮族学生的身高、体重和胸围进行比较 ,并同时与乡村汉族学生的身高和体重进行比较。结果 乡村壮族学生多数发育指标从 7～ 12岁为生长加速期 ,12岁以后逐渐减缓。乡村壮族学生多数年龄组的身高体重均值比汉族小。 1979～ 1991年乡村壮族学生的身高体重的发育有较大的增长 ,而 1991～ 2 0 0 0年乡村壮族学生身高体重的发育少数年龄组有所增长 ,但多数年龄组呈现负增长。结论 乡村壮族学生体质发育比汉族乡村学生差。 1979～ 1991年是乡村壮族学生体质发育的快速增长期 ,1991～ 2 0 0 0年乡村壮族学生体质发育趋于平滞。

Objective To study the physical development and the dynamic developmental trends of students of Zhuang nationality in rural Bose prefecture. Methods It was analyzed that the data of stature, sitting height, body weight, chest circumference, shoulder breadth and pelvic breadth from 2390 students (7～18 years old) of Zhuang nationality in rural Bose prefecture. The stature, body weight and chest circumference in students of Zhuang nationality at different age were comparatively studied. In addition, the stature and the body weight were compared to those of the students of Han nationality. Results At the age of 7～12, the students of Zhuang nationality grows acceleratedly, and they developed gradually slow after 12 years old. The mean values of the stature and body weight in most groups of students of Zhuang nationality were smaller than those students of Han nationality. From 1979 to 1991, the development of the minority students of Zhuang nationality increased greatly, but from 1991 to 2000, the majority increased negatively. Conclusions The physical development of rural students of Zhuang nationality were worse than those of Han nationality. From 1979 to 1991, the rural students of Zhuang nationality developed acceleratedly, but from 1991 to 2000, they stopped developing.
