左半结肠急性梗阻一期切除吻合(附38例报道)

One-stage resection and anastomosis operation for acute left-semicolon obstruction

目的 探讨左半结肠急性梗阻一期切除吻合的治疗效果。方法 对 38例左半结肠急性梗阻患者的诊治进行回顾性总结并随访 ,随访率为 6 5 %。结果 38例中左半结肠肿瘤 32例 ,乙状结肠扭转并肠坏死 6例 ;术中行左半结肠部分切除、结肠灌洗 ,一期吻合。术后未发生肠瘘、腹腔感染 ,无死亡病例。结论 结肠灌洗、一期切除吻合治疗方法安全可行 ,避免患者二次手术之痛苦 。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of one stage resection and anastomosis for acute left semicolon obstruction.Methods Clinical data of 38 cases of acute left semicolon obstruction were retrospectively summarized. 65% of the patients were followed up.Results Among the 38 cases, 32 were suffered from cancer of left semicolon and the remaining 6 from colon sigmoideum twist accompanied by necrosis. Partial resection of left semicolon, colon lavage and one stage anastomoses were made. No postoperative intestine fistula, abdominal infection and death occurred.Conclusions One stage resection, colon lavage and anastomosis was safe and feasible, which can avoid trouble of secondary operation and decrease recurrent rate of cancer.
