大鼠烧伤早期中枢单胺类递质含量变化及其与脑水肿的关系

The relationship hetween changes in monoamine transmitters and edema of CNS after thermal burns in rats

摘要 采用高效液相色谱—电化学检测器测定单胺类含量,观察烧伤后大鼠下丘脑、脑干和脊髓内单胺类含量的变化,同时测定烧伤后上述三区组织含水量,并通过光镜和电镜观察烧伤后三区病理改变。结果:烧伤5分钟时,单胺类含量即显著上升,360分钟仍高于伤前值。但三脑区单胺含量变化并不一致,并伴有脑水肿,而icv酚妥拉明或pCPA可减轻脑水肿。这一变化涉及α受体和5-HT的合成。 The HPLC with electro-chemical detector was employed to determine the change in monoamine transmitters and their metabolites murine hypothalamus, brainstem and spinal cord after burn. Also the pathological changes after burn in three brain parts was abserved with photomicrograph and electromicrogragh. The results show that: the monoamine contents were increased remarkably 5min after burn, and even 360min after burn. the monoa- mine contents were still higher than before the burn. The changes however, were different in the three brain parts. Edema appeared 5min after burn in the three parts, and it was more evidant in the hipothalamus. After icv phentolamine and CPA, edema was deereased. These results suggest that brain edems after thermal burn is related fo changes in monoa- mine transmitters of CNS, mediated by receptor and 5-HT synthesis.
