摘要
目的 黄硬皮马勃 Scleroderma citrinum具有消炎作用 ,对其化学成分进行系统研究并阐明其活性成分。方法 采用硅胶柱层析进行分离 ,通过理化常数测定和波谱 (IR,MS,1 H和 1 3 CNMR)技术进行结构鉴定。结果 分析鉴定了 8个化合物 ,它们分别为 :(2 2 E,2 4R) - ergosta- 5 ,7,2 2 - triene- 3β- ol( ) ,5α- lanosta- 8(9) ,2 3- diene- 3β,2 5 -diol- 2 2 - acetate ester( ) ,5 α,8α- epidioxy- (2 2 E,2 4R) - ergosta- 6 ,2 2 - diene- 3β- ol( ) ,(2 S,3S,4R,2′R) - 2 - (2′- hy-droxytetracosanoylamino ) octadecane- 1,3,4- triol ( ) ,adenosine ( ) ,N ,N - dimethylphenylalanine ( ) ,N -methylphenylalanine( ) ,D- allitol( )。结论 化合物 和 均系首次从高等真菌中分离得到。
Object To isolate the chemical constituents from fruiting bodies of Basidiomycetes from Scleroderma citrinum Pers. Methods The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, and the structures were elucidated by spectrum analysis (IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR). Results Eight compounds were identified as: (22E, 24R)-ergosta-5, 7, 22-triene-3β-ol (Ⅰ), 5α-lanosta-8 (Ⅸ), 23-diene-3β, 25-diol-22-acetate ester (Ⅱ), 5α, 8α-epidioxy-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-6, 22-diene-3β-ol (Ⅲ), (2S, 3S, 4R, 2′R)-2-(2′-hydroxytetracosanoylamino) octadecane-1, 3, 4-triol (Ⅳ), adenosine (Ⅴ), N. N-dimethylphenylalanine (Ⅵ), N-methylphenylalanine (Ⅶ), D-allitol (Ⅷ). respectively. Conclusion Compounds Ⅵ and Ⅶ are obtained from higher fungi for the first time.
