摘要
目的 建立灯盏花药材和灯盏花提取物 (灯盏花素 )中灯盏花乙素的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效毛细管电泳法 ,缓冲液为 40 mmol/L 硼砂 (p H8.5 0 ,磷酸调节 ) ,未涂层石英毛细管 (5 7cm× 5 0 μm) ,分离电压 2 0 k V,检测波长 2 80 nm。结果 灯盏花乙素线性范围 0 .1~ 4.0 mg/m L (r=0 .9985 ) ,回收率大于 98.0 %。结论 方法简便、快速 ,准确 ,可用于灯盏花药材和灯盏花素的质量控制。
Object To develop a method for the determination of scutellarin in Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand. -Mazz. and its extract (dengzhanhuasu) by capillary electrophoresis. Methods Separation was carried out in an uncoated fused silica capillary 57 cm ×50 μm (ID). Meanwhile, a running voltage 20 kV, 40 mmol/L borax (pH 8.50 with H 3PO 4) buffer and a UV detector at 280 nm were adopted. Results The calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of 0.1-4.0 mg/mL (r=0.998 5). The average recovery was higher than 98.0%. Conclusion The method is proved to be simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used for quality control of E. breviscapus and its extract (dengzhanhuasu).
