摘要 目的 系统观察三氧化二砷 (As2 O3 )诱导白血病多药耐药细胞凋亡时的形态学特征。方法 用As2 O3 诱导白血病多药耐药细胞K5 62 /ADM细胞凋亡 ,光镜、激光共聚焦显微镜 (Confocal)和电子显微镜观察凋亡细胞的形态学变化。结果 As2 O3 诱导K5 62 /ADM细胞凋亡 ,形态学上出现典型的凋亡特征性改变。发生凋亡的细胞可被邻近的未凋亡细胞通过吞噬等方式清除 ,且正常细胞吞噬凋亡细胞后自身出现某些凋亡的形态学改变。结论 体外诱导凋亡的白血病耐药细胞可被邻近的同类细胞吞噬清除 ,这种行为可能引发同类“吞噬” Objective To investigate the morphological features of multidrug-resistant human leukemia cells induced to apoptosis. Methods Human multidrug-resistant leukemia cell K562/ADM was induced to apoptosis by arsenic trioxide(As 2O 3), and the apoptotic cytomorphological changes was checked by light microscopy, confocal laser scanning microscopy and electron microscopy. Results As 2O 3-induced K562/ADM cells appeared the typical apoptotic changes in morphology. Some of the apoptotic cells were phagocytosed and eliminated by near unapoptotic cells, the cells that had phagocytosed apoptotic cells emerged some apoptosis-like morphological changes. Conclusion The drug-resistant leukemia cells induced to apoptosis in vitro can be phagocytosed and eliminated by the same kind of unapoptotic cells nearby, and this action may trigger the phagocytic cells to take place the secondary apoptosis.
