The Joy and Sorrow of Women's Employment Situation in the Middle East

随着时代变迁和经济发展 ,中东妇女就业人数增加 ,就业领域扩大。除传统职业外 ,中东妇女开始涉足医学、法律、工程、媒体、零售业甚至跨国性行业 ,但同时存在妇女就业人数比例小、就业分布不平衡。

With the time change and economic development, the number of women's employment has been increased and the employment area has been widened in the Middle East. Except for some traditional professions, women in the Middle East have begun to involve in the fields of medicine, law, engineering, media, retail trade and even transnational industry. At the meantime, however, there are still some problems about women's employment situation, such as: lower proportion of employment number, unbalance in the job's distribution and limitation of employment area.
