摘要
采用国产试剂自制琼脂糖板测定新生儿血清α_1-AT、α_1-AGP和PA3种急相蛋白含量,并分别与Behring厂相应免疫扩散板进行方法学比较:分10次交互测定标准(参考)血清蛋白含量,并用两种方法同时测定35份新生儿血清。结果显示两种方法测定α_1-AGP和PA含_量无明显差异,而国产α_1-AT参考血清实际含量(1907.3mg/L)显著低于其出厂标签值(2582mg/L,P<0.01),需按Behring标准血清值换算。
Serum α1-AT, α1-AGP and PA levies of nconates were determined by self-made agar plates. Comparison of methodology between domestic reagent trials and Behring immunodiffusion plates was carried out by measuring of the levels of proteins in standard scrum for 10 times and measuring of the serum levels of proteins in 35 neonetes The results showed that there were no significant differences between these two methods for the detemination of α1-AGP and PA, whereas the content of α1-AT in domestic standard serum was lower than the labeled one (1 907.3 mg/L, P<0.01) which needed transfer according to Behring standard serum.
