摘要
本文通过对BFP1 2 5型落地镗床现状的分析 ,结合CNC(ComputerNumeralControl)系统的特点 ,提出了基于交流伺服系统 ,主轴智能马达控制器和PLC的控制方案。根据该镗床有关调速范围、低速转矩、定位精度的控制要求 ,完成了落地镗床的控制系统改造 ,实现了镗床加工的数控。该系统运行可靠 ,提高了工件加工精度 ,降低了劳动强度。对旧机床更新改造有重要的现实意义。
The control plan of main drive motor controller and PLC on the AC service system is given out on the analysis of BFP 125 boring tool situation and CNC characters. And the control system reform and digital control can be achieved in terms of its control requirement on adjusting range, torsion of low speed and align precision. The system's operation is stable, the workpiece precision upgraded and the working intensity reduced. It is helpful for old machine reconstruction.
