摘要
应用组织培养技术对兔角膜上皮进行了研究,观察了其形态、生物学特性及超微结构,对影响上皮生长的某些因素进行了讨沦。结果表明:组织块培养及角膜基质对上皮的生长有促进作用。细胞群体平均倍增时间17.60±4.51h((?)±s),细胞平均直径24.20±3.85μm((?)±s),平均密度2174.10个/mm^2。光镜及电镜显示培养的细胞与正常活体内的细胞相似,可代替活体内的细胞用于多方面的研究。
We have studied rabbit corneal epithelium in tissue cultures, which were observed for their morphology, biological characteristics and ultrastructure. Some factors that affect epithelial growth have been discussed. The results indicate that explant cultures and corneal stroma can promote the growth of epithelium. The population doubling time of cells is 17.60±4.51hours (x±s), and their average diameter and density are 24.20±3.85 μm (x±s) and 2174.10 cells/mm2, respectively. The light and electron microscopes demonstrate that cultured cells have a large polygonal and oval nucleus with 1-3 nucleoli. The mitosis has been observed. The cells in vitro that are similar to normal ones in vivo can be used instead in various studies.
