摘要
回顾了常规刀具材料的基本性能 ,从细化晶粒、表面涂层、热处理、添加稀有金属和稀土元素等方面综述了硬质合金刀具材料的研究现状 ,提出采用晶须增韧补强。
The essential performances of conventional tool materials are reviewed. The research status of cemented carbide tool material including ultrafine grain, surface coating, heat treatment, adding rare metals and rare earth elements etc. is summarized. The new developing ideal of preparing advanced cemented carbide tool material with excellent performance by means of whisker reinforcing and nano crystalline compounding technologies is presented.
