摘要
提出一种基于车铣中心的数控砂带磨床设计方案。该方案利用FANUC OTC数控系统的极坐标插补功能和砂带磨削工艺 ,可实现陶瓷刀片型线的高效率。
A design scheme of the CNC belt grinder based on the turning milling center is presented by which the high efficiency and low cost NC machining for profiles of ceramic inserts can be realized by means of the polar coordinate interpolation function of FANUC OTC NC system and the belt grinding technology.
