摘要
研制了一种可高精度在线测量大尺寸回转体工件直径及圆度误差的差动型激光多普勒大直径测量系统 ,介绍了系统的测量原理及信号处理技术 。
A high precise measuring system with beating laser Doppler technology is developed to online measure the diameter and roundness of large revolution workpieces. The measurement principle and signal processing technology of the system are introduced, and the factors influencing the measuring accuracy are analyzed.
