A New Method for Measuring Lifting Error of Cam

提出一种在万能工具显微镜上利用自制测头等附件对圆柱凸轮升程误差进行接触法测量的新方法 ,介绍了测量原理及实现方法 ,分析了该方法的测量精度 。

A new method is proposed by which the lifting error of cylindrical cam can be contacting measured on the universal tool maker's microscope by means of accessories such as home made probe and so on. The measuring principle and procedure are introduced and the measuring accuracy is analyzed. The reliability and practicability of the method are verified by a measurement example.
