this article says that a science magazine editor should have right aesthetic consciousness and advanced scientific consciousness. He should follow the aesthetical external rule so that he can organize and create fine science magazine. It also introduces the content, significance and features of scripts, modification, arrangement, information processing, style in the process of editing.
