股票期权与造假带来的思考

Rethinking the stock option scheme and finance frauds in Wall Street

美国股票期权实践中出现了造假,不等于说明期权制度该抛弃,只说明这一制度尚需改进;中国目前全面推行股票期权制度条件不成熟,但可积极创造制造条件,进行试点。

So many scandals can be heared recently about the practice of stock option scheme in US. However, scandals can't be cleared away if we abandon the stock option scheme that needs improvement greatly, because it is not the key. It is not mature for China to push option scheme completely, but can choice certain firms to practice.
