摘要
本文从现代管理的一个出发点开始,先讨论了实施量化管理能弥补的定性管理的不足,然后分析了适于实施定量管理的范围,在此基础上,从很多企业实行量化管理的经验出发,论述了实施量化管理的一般步骤和具体方法。最后针对国内企业对量化管理的片面管理,提出了企业界对量化管理认识的误区,提出对量化管理的正确认识。
One function of the modern management is tc define the objectives by the indicators. Setting up key performance indicators to measure things is helpful for the management. In this paper, we describe the advantages by the management with the help of KPIs. Then we explain the range adapt to setting up KPIs and the steps to set up KPIs. At last we help the manager apply the measurement in a proper way according to the misunderstanding about the measurement system of the performance.
