摘要 客户是企业存在的基础,高度忠诚的客户是企业最重要的资产,因此客户忠诚是企业经营的最高宗旨。客户忠诚有很多种类型,超值忠诚客户或传道者对企业而言最具经济价值。客户忠诚的经济价值不仅体现在为企业带来有形的货币价值,还表现为给企业带来巨大的、无形的非货币价值,它为企业开源节流,既增加企业的收入,又降低其成本,从而使企业有巨大的利润空间,是企业长期利润的源泉。 The customer is the foundation of a business enterprise to exist, and the customer with high loyalty is the most important property for the business enterprise, so customer loyalty is a highest aim for enterprise' s business. There are many kinds of Customer loyalty , but only the customer with overflow loyalty or preach have the maximal value . in economy to business enterprise. The customer with high loyally not only brings the monetary value for business enterprise, and also brings enormous, invisible, nonmonetary value for business enterprise, and it can make business enterprise increase income and reduce cost, then make it have big profit' s space, it is a source of long - term profits lor business enterprise.
