Use System Theory to Analyze Corporate Governance in China

在所有者与经营者之间建立制约关系的公司治理结构,并保证卓有成效地运行,已成为我国推行公司制的核心问题。本文运用系统工程理论,对我国公司治理提出若干对策和建议。

To set up a constraining relationship between the owners and operators has become the pivotal problem of the establishing of the new company. In this article, the author gives some suggestions on the restructuring of Chinese corporate governance from the perspectives of System Theory.
