摘要
采用后位一期切开高位挂线两侧坐骨直肠间隙开窗对口引流治疗后马蹄形脓肿 30例 ,全部一次治愈 ,疗程 2 0～ 32 d,平均 2 3.6 d。术后随访 1～ 4年无遗留肛瘘、肛门狭窄、肛门失禁及肛门畸形。
