摘要
目的 :探讨老年人大肠癌并急性肠硬阻一期左半结肠切除吻合的可行性及意义。方法 :回顾性分析 6 7例 6 5岁以上老年人大肠癌并急性肠梗阻一期左半结肠切除吻合的临床资料。结果 :4例发生吻合口瘘 ,1例死亡。余皆恢复良好。结论 :只要正确掌握手术适应证 ,重视围手术期处理 ,多数病例可以选择一期手术。可提早切除原发肿瘤 ,恢复肠道连续性 。
Objective:To explore the feasibility and significance of one stage resection of obstructive colorectal carcinoma in the elderly Methods: Sixty sevenc ases of more than 65 years old with acute obstructive colorectal carcinoma treated with one stage rection in were retrospectively analyzed Results: Anastomotic leakage occurred in 4 cases and 1 died form MOF, while the remaining survived well Conclusions: One stage surgery could be carried out on most patients, but the indication should be grasped strictly and the peri operative treatment should be emphasized fully It provided a restoration of intestinal continuity with an earlier resection of the primary carcinoma and thus the patients can have an improved life quality and prognosis
