摘要
目的 :在口腔正畸临床工作中 ,临床医生需要收集处理大量的病人图像资料。本研究利用计算机技术实现对临床工作中图像资料的科学管理。方法 :运用当代先进的计算机技术 ,图像处理技术研发口腔正畸图像管理系统。结果与讨论 :该系统具备以下特点 :①系统从设计到程序编制完全由临床医生来完成 ,因此“贴近临床医生 ,真正地面向临床”是她最大的特点。临床医生不需要培训就能使用该系统。②支持图像的多种输入方法 ,数码相机拍摄与翻拍输入 ,扫描仪扫描输入 ,磁盘图像文件直接调入。③提供多图像的对比功能 ,最多支持同一屏幕两组四张图像对比显示。为临床医生观察同一病人不同时期 ,不同图像间的区别提供了条件。有利于医生对病人情况的全面掌握。④基于网络的技术使得图像的共享成为可能。医生甚至不用去放射科、照相室就能从网络上得到病人的医学图像。⑤多种图像资料输出方式 ,利于临床医生利用系统中的图像资料进行科学研究。⑥本软件为共享软件 ,允许临床医生免费使用。
Objective:It is necessary for orthodontics to collect and analyze the patients' photo data.By conventional methods,these photo data were commonly saved on the film,which were frail and often came to the end of data loss.Even more,it is not convenient for the orthodontics to query and study these data during clinic and research. This study resolves this problem with computer technology.Methods:The computer technique and picture processing method were employed in the present study to establish the Photo Management System for Orthodontics (PMSO) that makes the administration of patients' photo data more scientifically, conveniently and effectively than before.Results and Conclusions:This system is characterized as the following.①The designing and programming of the system was accomplished by clinic doctor and this system is 'close to clinic and serve for clinic'.Orthodontics can easily use it without any training course.②The images can be imported from many facilities such as digital camera, scanner and an electronic data saving media such as floppy disk.③Even two groups of photos (four images) could be displayed in the same window for compare and study.This function makes orthodontics easily observe the difference of the same patient's photo at different stages, which is important for orthodontics to get the considerate knowledge of the patient.④The network technique makes it possible for the photos to be shared.The doctor can get the patients' photos through the network without going to the radioactive department or the imaging room.⑤It is helpful for orthodontics' scientific research that the photos can be exported in different ways.⑥This is shared software; orthodontics can use it free of charge.
