A Vitro Study of the Apical Sealing Ability on Different Instruments and Obturation Techniques.

摘要 目的 :比较两种根管预备和充填方法的根尖封闭能力。方法 :离体单根管恒牙 42颗 ,随机分为四组 ,每组10颗 ,结合染料渗透法和透明标本法 ,测量根尖微渗漏距离 ,评价各组根尖封闭能力。结果 :镍钛机动 +Themafil组根尖封闭能力最好 ,不锈钢手动 +侧压组根尖封闭能力最差。结论 :镍钛机动根备 +Themafil热塑牙胶充填根尖封闭能力好 ,省力 ,节时 ,建议在临床推广使用。 Objective:To evaluate the apical sealing ability of two kinds of root canal instruments and obturation techniques.Methods:Fourty-two extracted single-rooted human teeth were randomly divided into four equal groups of 10,instructing and obturating according to different techniques.group A apical microleakage was determined using dye infittration and clearing technique,and measured by asteromicroscope.Results:Group A apical sealing ability is the best among four groups and showing significance difference in t-test compared with group.Conclusions:Rotary NiTi-instruments and Thermafil obturation technique can lead to better apial sealing ability.
