国人白细胞介素16的基因克隆及其序列分析

CLONING AND SEQUENCE ANALYSISING OF hIL-16 OF CHINESE

目的 获得中国IL - 16cDNA ,供体外表达和转染使用。方法 从组胺刺激的正常人外周血单核细胞中分离总RNA ,利用半巢式RT -PCR、T -A克隆等技术得到特异的片段cDNA。结果 序列测定证实 ,所得片断确实为IL - 16cDNA。结论 成功克隆了中国人白细胞介素IL - 16cDNA。

Objective To obtain the C-terminal 130-amino acid coding region of IL-16 of chinese.Methods The cDNA encoding hIL-16 was amplified by RT-PCR from total RNA of pheripheral blood monouclear cells stimulated by histamine from the blood of healthy normol volunteer.Results DNA sequencing proved the cloned cDNA of hIL-16 has homogenicity with other reports.Conclusion We are successful cloning the cDNA of hIL-16.
