阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者脂蛋白(a)与纤维蛋白原的变化

A STUDY ON LIPOPROTEIN(A) AND FIBRINOGEN IN OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA-HYPOPNEA SYNDROME

目的 探讨阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者脂蛋白 (a)及纤维蛋白原的变化及相互关系。方法 检测 4 0例阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的脂蛋白 (a)水平与纤维蛋白原的改变 ,并设对照组。结果 阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征组脂蛋白 (a)水平 (中位数 )为 (2 82 5 8mg/L)较对照组 (15 2 5 2mg/L)显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ;阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征组纤维蛋白原为 (3 5 1± 1 12 ) g/L较对照组 (2 92± 0 94 ) g/L显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ;阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与纤维蛋白原不存在正相关关系。结论 高水平的Lp(a)

Objective To study the change and relationship of lipoprotein(a)〔Lp(a)〕and fibrinogen(Fg) in obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods Lp(a) level and Fg were detected in 40 OSAS and 40 normal individuals.Results The Lp(a) level of OSAS(282.58mg/L) was elcvated than that in the control group(152.52mg/L,P<0.01).The Fg level in OSAS(3.51±1.12)g/L was significantly higher than in the control group(2.29±0.94)g/L(P<0.01).There was no an positive correlation between Lp(a)level and Fg in plasma.Conclusion the high level Lp(a)and Fg may play important role in OSAS.
