胃粘膜病变中p16、p53、cyclinD1和PCNA的表达

The expression of pl6、p53、cyclinDl and PCNA in the pathological gastric mucosa

目的 探讨胃粘膜病变中p16、p53、cyclinD1和PCNA的表达及意义。方法 免疫组织化学（S-P）方法和显微摄像计算机图像分析技术。结果 227例胃粘膜病变中p16阳性152例（66.9％）;p53阳性25例（11.0％）;cyclinD1阳性97例（42.7％）。结论 提示p53蛋白、cyclinD1的过表达和p16蛋白的低表达在胃粘膜细胞增殖癌变过程中起重要作用。

Objective To study the expression of p16、p53、cyclinDl and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the pathological changes of gastric mucosa and it's significance. Methods S-P immunohistochemistry method and computer image pattern analysis semiquantitation method were used to determine p16、p53、cyclinD1 expression. Results The positive expression of p16、p53 and cyclinDl in the pathological changes of gastric mucosa were 66.9%, 11.0% and 42.7% respectively. Conclusion The results show that p53, cyclinDl over expression and p16 low expression may play an important role in cell proliferation of gastric mucosa.
