谈谈我国现阶段农业信息化服务的发展模式

阐述了农业信息化对农业进一步发展的影响,比较了国内外的发展概况及趋势,并针对我国现状,提出了现阶段有中国特色的农业信息化建设模式,即重点发展基于Internet的解决方案,网上、网下服务相结合,重视智能化农业专家系统的开发应用,同时开展农业电子商务,重点解决信息入户“最后一公里”问题。

This paper expounds the influence of agricu ltural informatization on th e further development of agricultur e,compares the basic developing facts and tendency abroad and at home and,b ased on the prese nt situation of our c ountry,puts forward the mode of constructing agricultural informatization with Chi nese characteristics in the present stage,that is to de-velop emphatically the Internet-based solving scheme,combine the cyber s ervices with common services,pay attention to the development and application o f inte llectual agricultural expert syste m and,at the same time,carry out agr icultural e-busi-ness and solve the problem oflast milefor the informatio n entering the fam ilies.
