On the Training and Inspiring of Sci-tech Information Talents under Conditions of Market Economy

文章阐述了加强科技情报工作者继续教育的重要意义,提出继续教育应从职业道德教育、专业知识教育、相关知识的补充教育、高新技术教育、外语知识能力教育、新观念教育等6个方面着手,同时采取适当的物质和精神激励方法以激发工作人员的学习潜能,适应现代信息技术与市场经济制度的客观要求。

This paper expounds the importa nt significance of strengthening the con tinuous education for sci-tech info r-mation workers,and points out that t he continuous education should start fro m six aspects of professional ethics education,professional knowledge education ,relevant knowledge education,high-tech education,foreign language e ducatio n and new conception education and,at the sam e time,stimulate the potential a bil ity of learning of the workers by usin g suitable physical and spiritual ins piring methods to f it in with the objective requirement s of modern information technology a nd market economy system.
