The mergence of univ ersities brings about the corresponding reform for t he library' s work.And the main problems researched in this paper are how to grasp the opportunity of the mergence of libraries,adopt the theories of the reform and management of modern libr ary,strengthen the reconstruction of library' s managerial organizations and serv ice resources,and probe into new manage ment system and service mode.
