盐酸伐昔洛韦联合醋酸泼尼松治疗带状疱疹效果观察

Efficacy of acyclovir hydrochloride combined with prednisone acetate on herpes zoster

目的探讨盐酸伐昔洛韦联合醋酸泼尼松治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年12月带状疱疹患者90例,依据治疗方案分为观察组与对照组,每组45例。对照组给予盐酸伐昔洛韦治疗,观察组给予盐酸伐昔洛韦联合醋酸泼尼松治疗。比较两组患者症状改善时间及治疗前后VAS疼痛评分,记录后遗神经痛发生情况。结果观察组止疱时间、止痛时间、水疱开始结痂时间、水疱全部结痂时间和皮损全部愈合时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d,两组VAS疼痛评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且观察组VAS疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗30、90 d,两组VAS疼痛评分比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗30 d,观察组发生带状疱疹后遗神经痛2例,对照组3例。结论盐酸伐昔洛韦联合醋酸泼尼松治疗带状疱疹,可缓解神经痛症状,使初期皮损较快愈合。

Objective To investigate the effect of vaciclovir hydrochloride combined with prednisone acetate on herpes zoster.Methods From June 2016 to December 2017,90 patients with herpes zoster were divided into observation group and control group according to treatment plan,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acyclovir hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with acyclovir hydrochloride combined with prednisone acetate.The symptom improvement time and VAS pain score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of posterior neuralgia was recorded.Results The time of blister,the time of pain relief,the time of blister initiation,the total scab time of blisters and the total healing time of skin lesions in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).For 7 days,VAS pain scores in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the the control group(P<0.05).There was was no significant difference in VAS pain score between the two groups during 30 and 90 days of treatment(P>0.05).After treatment for 30 days,2 cases of post-herpes zoster neuralgia occurred in the observation group and 3 cases in the control group.Conclusions Acyclovir hydrochloride combined with prednisone acetate in the treatment of herpes zoster can make the initial lesions heal faster,and can relieve the symptoms of neuralgia.
