免疫组织化学法与荧光原位杂交法检测乳腺癌HER2表达的价值比较

摘要 目的比较荧光原位杂交法与免疫组织化学法用于检测乳腺癌人表皮生长因子受体-2基因的临床价值。方法对2017年6月至2018年12月60例乳腺癌患者病灶标本分别行荧光原位杂交法、免疫组织化学法检测HER-2表达情况并记录结果。结果 60例乳腺癌患者经荧光原位杂交法检测HER-2阳性率为35.00%(21/60),免疫组织化学法检测HER-2阳性率为21.67%(13/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用荧光原位杂交法检测乳腺癌HER-2准确性更优,临床医生可结合本科室实际条件、患者具体情况合理取舍检测方法。
