中药热奄包联合艾灸三阴交穴促进高龄产妇顺产后子宫复旧的效果观察

Therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine hot sputum combined with moxibustion on Sanyinjiao on promoting uterine involution in postpartum women

目的观察中药热奄包联合艾灸三阴交穴对促进高龄产妇顺产后子宫复旧的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年11月顺产的高龄产妇126例,依照数字随机表法随机选取其中64例为观察组,62例为对照组,两组均采用常规的产后护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加中药热奄包联合艾灸三阴交穴的治疗方法,连续治疗3 d。对比观察组和对照组的子宫复旧情况、宫缩疼痛情况、产后恶露排出情况。结果观察组高龄产妇的子宫宫底在产后2~3 d内下降速度较对照组快,产后5 d内产妇子宫三径B超检查的三径之和较对照组小,产后子宫收缩的疼痛评分较对照组低,产后恶露结束时间较对照组短,产后Hb和红细胞计数下降较对照组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包联合艾灸三阴交穴可在一定程度上促进高龄产妇顺产后子宫的复旧,有利于高龄产妇的产后健康恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine hot sputum combined with moxibustion and Sanyinjiao on promoting uterine involution of postpartum puerperal delivery in the elderly.Methods A total of 126 elderly parturients with spontaneous delivery from January 2017 to November 2018 were selected.According to the method of digital random table,64 cases were randomly selected as observation group and 62 cases as control group.The two groups were given routine postpartum care.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hot-curing bag combined with moxibustion at Sanyinjiao point for 3 days on the basis of routine nursing.The uterine involution,uterine contraction pain and postpartum lochia were compared between the observation group and the control group.Results The uterine fundus of the observation group declined faster than that of the control group in 2-3 days postpartum.The sum of the three paths of B-mode ultrasonography was smaller in 5 days postpartum than that of the control group.The pain score of postpartum uterine contraction was lower than that of the control group.The end time of postpartum lochia was shorter than that of the control group.The decrease of Hb and erythrocyte counts in postpartum women was less than that of the control group.The differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and moxibustion at Sanyinjiao Point can promote the uterine involution of the elderly parturients after delivery to a certain extent,and is beneficial to the healthy recovery of the elderly parturients after delivery.
