血浆醛固酮浓度/血浆肾素活性比值对原发性醛固酮增多症的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of plasma aldosterone concentration/plasma renin activity ratio for primary aldosteronism

目的探讨血浆醛固酮浓度/血浆肾素活性比值(ARR)对原发性醛固酮增多症的鉴别诊断价值。方法随机选取2017年1月至2018年12月85例原发性醛固酮增多症患者作为研究组,另选取我院同期收治的85例原发性高血压患者作为对照组,两组患者均予以血浆醛固酮浓度、血浆肾素活性检测,记录两组上述指标检测结果、计算各组血浆醛固酮浓度/血浆肾素活性比值。结果研究组血浆醛固酮浓度、血浆醛固酮浓度/血浆肾素活性比值显著高于对照组,研究组血浆肾素活性显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用血浆醛固酮浓度/血浆肾素活性比值可为鉴别诊断原发性醛固酮增多症、原发性高血压提供有力依据,提高原发性醛固酮增多症诊断准确率。

Objective To investigate the value of plasma aldosterone concentration/plasma renin activity ratio(ARR)in the differential diagnosis of primary aldosteronism.Methods Eighty-five patients with primary aldosteronism from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly selected as the study group,and 85 patients with essential hypertension admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The plasma aldosterone concentration and plasma renin activity were measured in both groups.The results of the above indexes were recorded and the plasma aldosterone concentration/plasma renin activity ratio was calculated.Results The plasma aldosterone concentration,plasma aldosterone concentration/plasma renin activity ratio in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the plasma renin activity in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of plasma aldosterone concentration/plasma renin activity ratio can provide a powerful basis for the differential diagnosis of primary aldosteronism and essential hypertension,and improve the diagnostic accuracy of primary aldosteronism.
