逍遥散合半夏厚朴汤加减治疗咽异感症100例疗效观察

The observation of 100 cases of effects of Xiaoyao San combined Pinelliae and Magnoliae Officinalis Decoction treating paraesthesia pharynx

目的 :研究逍遥散与半夏厚朴汤加减治疗咽异感症患者的临床疗效。方法 :在2013年3月~2016年2月于本院就诊的病人中选择100例咽异感症患者,分为研究组50例,给予逍遥散与半夏厚朴汤加减治疗;对照组50例,给予半夏厚朴汤加味治疗。比较两组中医证候、临床疗效、不良反应。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率92.0%,明显要高于对照组82.0%;两组中医证候总分均有所下降,但研究组各项中医症候较治疗前均有效降低,且优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:逍遥散合半夏厚朴汤加减是治疗咽异感症的有效方剂,能够在提高疗效的同时,减少中医证候总分,促进患者早日康复。

Objective: Investigate the clinical effects of Xiaoyao San combined Pinelliae and Magnoliae Officinalis Decoction in the treatment of patients with paraesthesia pharynx. Methods: Selected 100 cases of patients with paraesthesia pharynx in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016. Grouped 50 cases of patients treated with Xiaoyao San combined Pinelliae and Magnoliae Officinalis Decoction into the research group.Grouped 50 cases of patients treated with Pinelliae and Magnoliae Officinalis Decoction into the control group.Compared the TCM syndromes, clinical effects and adverse reactions in two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the research group(92.0%) was significant higher than that in the control group(82.0%) after treatment. The TCM syndrome scores in two groups both decreased, but each TCM syndrome in the research group all reduced effectively after treatment, and in the control group( P<0.05), The differences in two groups were statistical significance. Compared the adverse reactions in two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The differences in two groups were not statistical significance.Conclusion Xiaoyao San combined Pinelliae and Magnoliae Officinalis Decoction is a effective prescription in the treatment of patients with paraesthesia pharynx, which can improve effects, reduce TCM syndrome and promote the patients soon to be restored to health.
