变应性鼻炎的中医治疗概述

Overview of Applying Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Allergic Rhinitis

变应性鼻炎属于中医'鼻鼽'的范畴,与肺、脾、肾三脏密切相关,多为本虚标实之证,其证型主要分为肺气虚寒、脾气虚弱、肾阳不足及肺经蕴热4型。中医治疗方法丰富,疗效良好,是中医药治疗变应性鼻炎的重要组成部分。本文基于近十余年中医药治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究及疗效观察,拟从经方时方加减、经验方自拟方化裁、中成药运用与针灸疗法四个方面对变应性鼻炎的中医治疗进行概述。

Allergic rhinitis is a common and frequently-occurring disease which belongs to Biqiu in TCM,with the lungs,spleen,kidney three dirty is closely related,more proof of this false standard,its evidence type is mainly divided into pulmonary gas cold,temper weakness,kidney impotence and pulmonary heat 4 type.And it is an important part of TCM treatment for allergic rhinitis.Basing on the clinical study and therapeutic effect observation of allergic rhinitis in the last ten years,this article intends to review the therapy of TCM for allergic rhinitis from four aspects:application of classical prescription,proved recipe,mordern Chinese patent medicine preparation,acupuncture and moxibustion.
