人乳头状瘤病毒在鼻息肉组织中的阳性表达及其意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)在鼻息肉中感染亚型的分布及其在病变发生、发展中的作用。方法采用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术对204例鼻息肉石蜡包埋组织标本进行37种HPV亚型检测和病毒分型,对照组为36例正常鼻腔黏膜组织。结果鼻息肉组中HPV总阳性率为40.2%(82/204),对照组均为阴性(0/36),鼻息肉组HPV阳性率较对照组明显增高(P<0.05),以HPV11亚型为主(45.28%);HPV感染与鼻息肉患者的性别、年龄、手术次数及其高、低危亚型分布无明显统计学差异。结论鼻息肉的发生、发展与HPV感染相关,鼻息肉组织中HPV高、低危亚型均可感染,但以低危亚型(HPV11型)为主;鼻息肉患者的性别、年龄、手术次数与HPV及其高、低危亚型感染无明显相关。 OBJECTIVE To study the distribution of HPV subtypes in the nasal polyps, and to evaluate the relationship between HPV and nasal polyps. METHODS Thirty seven HPV subtypes were detected in paraffinembedded tissues of 204 cases of nasal polyps by f low through hybridization and gene chip(HybriMax) and normal nasal mucosa of 36 cases were used as control. RESULTS HPV infection was prevalent in patients with nasal polyps. HPV infection in the nasal polyp tissues was significant higher than that in control group(40.2% vs 0%, P <0.05). Genotyping analysis showed that LR-HPV-11 was the most prevalent type(45.28%). However, patients' gender, age, and number of operations, disease course were not correlated with HPV infection or HPV subtypes. CONCLUSION Our present results indicated that the occurrence and development of nasal polyps is closely related with HPV infection. Both high risk-HPV(HR-HPV) and low risk-HPV(LR-HPV) genotypes were identified in nasal polyps tissues, and HPV-11 was the most prevalent type. Patients' gender, age, and number of operations are not correlated with HPV infection or HPV subtypes.
