中西医结合治疗咽喉反流性疾病

Laryngopharyngeal reflux disease treated by combination of Chinese and western medicine

目的探讨咽喉反流性疾病(laryngopharyngeal reflux disease,LPRD)有效的诊断和治疗方法。方法对经反流症状指数量表(reflux symptom index,RSI)和反流体征评分量表(reflux finding score,RFS)评分诊断为LPRD患者74例,给予质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitor,PPI)雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片20 mg,1次/d,口服,持续2~3个月后如症状明显缓解则减量为10 mg,1次/d,维持治疗6~12个月;金嗓利咽丸,60~120粒,2次/d,持续1~3个疗程。分别于治疗2、6、12和18个月进行疗效观察。结果治疗2、6、12、18总有效率分别为74.3%、90.5%、87.8%、86.5%。结论咽喉反流是导致慢性咽喉炎难治的重要病因,使用雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片联合金嗓利咽丸治疗,可明显改善LPRD的症状和体征。

OBJECTIVE To assess the clinical effects of proton pump inhibitor(PPI) combined with traditional Chinese medicine for laryngopharyngeal reflux disease(LPRD).METHODS A total of 74 LPRD patients with laryngopharyngeal signs and symptoms confirmed by reflux symptom index(RSI) and reflux finding score(RFS)were enrolled.All patients received PPI combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy.Effect evaluation was conducted at 2,6,12,and 18 months after the beginning of therapy.RESULTS The relief rate was 74.3%,90.5%,87.8%,and 86.5%at the 2,6,12,and 18 months after the beginning of treatment respectively.CONCLUSION PPI combined with traditional Chinese medicine therapy is safe and effective for LPRD and worthy of wide application.
