摘要
本文结合有关文献对我院诊治的5例心房粘液瘤作了临床病理分析.着重讨论心房粘液瘤的本质、组织发生、诊断和治疗等问题.认为心房粘液瘤是真性肿瘤,来自多潜能性间叶组织,并主要向平滑肌方向分化的可能性较大.超声心动图对本病诊断有极其重要的作用,本病一经确诊,应尽早手术.
This paper reported 5 cases of atrial myxoma and reviewed lectures on this hand.Atrial myxoma has its own morphological chara cteristics,and it is a tumor of the atrium.It may originate histogentcally from the multipotential mesenchymal tissue differentiated mainly towards smooth muscle cells.Ultrasounogram is vevy ueeful for diagnosis.As soon as the disgnosis established,surgery should be carried out withont delay.
