摘要
本文分析33例经手术病理证实的脑膜瘤 CT 表现.典型表现主要为:圆形或卵圆形高密度病灶,伴有或不伴有周围水肿和邻近骨质改变.注射造影剂后明显强化.边缘更清楚光滑或呈分叶状.不典型表现为①瘤体内低密度不强化区;②肿瘤合并出血;③肿瘤环状增强且有肿瘤壁结节;④灶周低密度区.并讨论脑膜瘤 CT 表现的病理基础,分析误诊原因.提出定位、定性诊断的一些看法.
33 cases of meningioma verified by operation and Pathology were analy- sed.Typical CT findings are:round or oval homogeneous hyperdense lesion with or Without surrounding edema and adjacent hyperostosis mar- kedly enhanced with well-defined smooth or scalloped margin after injection contrast medium.Atypical CT findings are ①nonenhancing low density area within the turnor mass,②intratumoral hemorrhage,③tumor with mural of nodule and ring-like enhancement and ④hypodense area adjacent to tumor. Pathological basis of typical and atypical CT features of menigioma and the cause of misdiagnosis were discusscd.
