摘要
采用 8 797单片机设计和实现了高压漆膜连续性试验仪 ,详细论述了硬件组成和软件实现流程。该测试仪通过电机驱动电路和测速电路控制漆包线按规定线速度运行 ,同时控制高压产生电路产生所需高压加到高压轮上 ,如果漆包线有缺陷 ,则高压检测电路检测到缺陷电流 ,当缺陷电流大于阀值且持续时间大于规定时间时 ,测试仪的漆膜缺陷计数器就记录为一个缺陷 ,当测试长度达到规定长度时 ,由CPU控制停机 ,显示和打印测试结果。本测试仪功能齐全 ,检测速度快 ,准确度高 ,运行可靠。
Meter based singlechip 8797 for testing the continuity of lacquer through high voltage is designed and implemented.Details of the hardware structure and software flow are described.The line-speed of lacquer line is controlled by the circuit for motor drive and speed checked,High voltage is produced and added on high voltage wheel by high voltage circuit,The bug counter will record the bugs of lacquer line if high voltage check circuit finds the leak current which exceeds the gate voltage for a long duration.CPU displays and prints the test result when testing finishes.This meter meets the requirements of the testing and has the characters of testing rapidly,high veracity and reliability.
