摘要
液晶显示器的响应时间等光电特性受温度的影响很大 ,为了使其可以在低温条件下工作从而满足军事应用的要求 ,必须对其进行温度特性的加固。在介绍液晶屏温度特性的基础上 ,介绍了基本的温度测量电路 ,并进行了详细的电路分析。
The opti-electrical feature of LCD such as response time is influenced by cold temperature.In order to meet the need for military to operate in cold temperature,the display screen mest be rugged in thermal.A circuit is introduced and analyzed in detail,which is used to measure the temperature in the Liquid Crystal's layer.
