Teach-in and Playback Control of Velocity Regulation in Induction Hardening

针对机床轴类工件外锥面或内锥孔进行连续感应淬火时存在的淬火硬度和有效硬化层不均匀等质量问题 ,采用电液比例阀调节淬火移动速度的方法保持淬火加热温度并通过示教再现控制保证工艺的稳定性与再现性。

In respect to such problems concerning quality as uneven hardness and non_uniform active hardened layer for outer taper surface or inner taper hole in shaft workpieces for machine tool during continuous induction hardening, the paper uses an electrohydraulic proportional valve to adjust the moving velocity during hardening, so as to maintain hardening temperature; and it guarantees stability and reproductability by teach_in and playback control.
