摘要
介绍 2 +2× 0 .2 5HT钢帘线试制的工艺流程、原材料性能对比情况 ,钢帘线的力学性能及用户使用情况。指出进口盘条 (NSC82、KSC82 )在金相组织、非金属夹杂物含量、脱碳层深度、晶粒度及内部缺陷等方面均优于国产盘条。指出原材料选择、破断拉力、捻制方面值得关注的几个问题 ,给出进口盘条夹杂物含量统计指标。认为该结构帘线的破断力以 5 80～ 5 90N为宜。捻制过程中适当加大过捻程度。
To introduce such aspects of 2+2×0.25 HT trial steel cord as the technical process ,comparison of properties of materials,mechanical properties of the steel cord and the customers'use.It's pointed out that the imported wire rod(NSC82?KSC82) is better than that made in China.for example,the metallographical structure,amount of non metallic impurity,depth of decarburized layer,grain size and internal defects and so on are superior.Matters in material selection,choice of breaking force and laying should be paid attention to.The statistics of non metallic impurity amount of imported wire rod are given.It's considered that the breaking force of HT steel rod should be in the range of 580～590?N and that it's important to increase properly overlaying and control the tension of each wire in the process of laying.
