摘要
滑动是水箱拉丝机正常工作的必要条件 ,而采用最小滑动系数原则最为合理。介绍按最小滑动原则计算水箱拉丝生产工艺参数的方法 ,并对按常用的拉拔路线和按最小滑动原则制订的工艺路线所生产产品的力学性能、模耗。
Slip is the essential condition for wet drawing machine to work normally,and it is considered reasonalbe to adopt the minimum slip coefficient principle.The method for calculating the technological parameters of wet drawing according to the minimum slip coefficient principle is introduced.The mechanical property,die consumption and wire breaking ratio of product made according to usual drawing technological line and technological line laid down by the minimum slip principle are compared.
