摘要
本文总结了脑室—腹腔分流治疗脑积水的经验.以及有关此手术的优缺点.作者设计了一种新的脑室—腹腔分流方法.此法可弥补传统手术方法的不足.新方法与带阀门导管联合应用.在一定程度上可减少术后低颅压和导管堵塞的危险.
In this report,We summarized some experiences in treating the hydroenc- ephalus by V—P shunt.The merits and demerits of this operation were also included.A new method of V—P shunt was devised to compensate the defic- iency of the traditional procedure.To a certain extend,the combinative application of the new method and the pumping valve tube is able to reduce the risk of the postoperative low intracranial pressure as well as the shunting tube obstruction.
