摘要
本文介绍采用压力铸造替代挤压铸造生产高压清洗机泵体的工艺研究。实际生产结果表明,这种生产工艺不仅能保证产品质量,而且可以大幅度提高生产效率及经济效益。
This paper introduces the technical study for producing the high-pressure washer pump bodies using die-casting process instead of extrusion casting.The practical production indicates that the die-casting process not only ensures the product quality but also greatly increases the production efficiency and economic benefit.
