摘要
为了满足铁路发展对高平直度钢轨的需求,攀钢采用了复合矫直技术。研究及实际应用表明,复合矫直后钢轨端部及中央平直度合格率提高,轨高变化更均匀,钢轨残余应力降低,钢轨使用寿命提高。
In view of meeting the requirement of railway development for straightness rail,the technology of compound straightening is applied in Panzhihua Iron and Steel CoThe research and application results show that the eligibility percents of the straightness of center and the end of rail are increased,the rail height difference is more small,and the residual stress is also reduced
