摘要
分析了宝钢 1 42 0冷轧酸轧机组 4# 机架后的测张辊在正常轧制中产生的划伤问题 ,通过对测张辊的表面状态、辊径、安装高度以及轴承的改进 。
The problems were analyzed that the scratching mark appeared on the surface of tension measuring roll which was located at the back of 4# frame in Baosteel 1420 pickling line tandem cold rolling mill during routine production.The product quality of the strip surface affected by scratching mark on the tension measuring roll surface was completely settled by means of improving the surface condition,the diameter,the installation height and bearings of the roll. [
