摘要
高速、超高速磨床在加工过程中由于主轴速度高、切削力大、进给速度快、砂轮旋转速度高 ,其危害性极大 .本文根据机械安全设计的方法 ,针对影响高速、超高速磨床安全的各个子系统的危险情况和风险 ,探讨高速磨床的安全设计总体技术方案和技术路线 ,为寻求建立适合于高速、超高速磨削工况下的风险评价体系和寻找出最优的风险评价数学模型探路 ,为高速加工机床的机械安全设计提供理论依据和设计方法 .
Because of the high speed of the spindle,the strong cutting force, the high feed speed and the high speed rotating wheel,the high speed and super high speed grinding machine has the biggest harm during the processing. According to the method of the machine safety design, aiming at the dangerous status and risk that affect each sub system of the speed grinding machine, the total technique project and technical route of the safety design of the speed grinding machine was studied, to seek the risk evaluate system for the high speed grinding operating mode, to seek the road for the optimum risk appraisement mathematics model,and to seek the theory basis and design method for the safety design of the high speed machine tools.
