The highly precise and efficient NC machining for free form surface is one of most challenging problems that process engineers must face in real life. Some crucial technological problems in the NC machining for free form surface were discussed. The factors which influence the NC machining accuracy for free form surface in CAM process were analyzed. The technology and methods were approved to improve machining accuracy by technique system, control system and NC codes programming.
